中华稻蝗(Oxya Chinesis Thunberg)胚胎发育过程中耗氧率变化的研究 被引量:2

摘要 用SKW-3型华氏呼吸仪对中华稻蝗(OxyaChinesisThunberg)卵发育过程中的耗氧率进行了测定研究(培养条件:恒温25℃),并同步用染色法研究了胚胎形态的变化.结果发现,中华稻蝗卵发育的耗氧率曲线形状在种内,特别是同一居群内具有一定的稳定性,但总的耗氧量在不同的地区。 Here is a study the Oxygen consumption rate of Oxya Chinensis during the emtryo development with Warburg′s repiratory instrument, (Model SKM 3). The egg capsuls are from Hanzhong, Chang′an and Oviposited by the laboratory reared individual of Chang′an. The embryo development is taking place under constant temperature of 25℃. The embyo development is studied by the means of dyeing. As a result, following conclusions are drawn. The curve of oxygen consumption rate of embryo development of Chinese rice grasshopper is stable in species, espicially in the population. But the total oxygen consumption vary under different conditions and different populations.
