中板轧机生产线电气传动及自动化系统设计实例

摘要 本文主要介绍由过程计算机(L2)、基础自动化系统(L1)及HMI、数字式调速系统(L0)以及检测元件组成的电气控制系统在中板轧机生产线上的应用。该电气控制系统应用现代控制网络通讯技术,在基础自动化的各区域子系统之间,基础自动化与过程计算机之间采用工业以太网通讯;基础自动化与调速系统、远程I/O(S7300及ET200)之间采用Profibus-DP现场总线通讯。该网络系统由混合形结构组成:主干网采用光纤环形网络结构;各区域采用星形网络结构。 This article mainly introduces the application of electric control system, which consists of process computer (L2), basic automation system including HMI (L1), digital speed control system (L0) and detecting sensors, to medium plate rolling production line. The electric control system applies modem network communication technology to realize the data communication between each parts of basic automation system and between basic automation system and process computer by Ethemet/IP and uses Profibus-DP between basic automation system and its remote I/O station (S7300, ET200) and speed control systems. The whole communication network system consists of a mixed architecture-the main network adopts annular structure with an optical fiber and each part of network uses star structure.
