提高ERP实施成功率是企业信息化的重要课题。通过研究ERP系统三要素和ERP环境三要素,得出ERP实施体系三维立体交叉结构模型,并提出ERP实施体系的内涵。对于成功实施ERP有应用参考价值。
It is an important project to enhance the success ratio of implementing ERP. Studying three key factors of ERP system and ones of ERP environment, it sets up a conclusion of a 3D crossbar structure model of implementing ERP, as well as its connotation. So it is of application reference for implementing ERP successfully.
