摘要
把优化设计理论应用于喷浆机器人的研制,使用多目标优化设计的方法,建立了大臂的数学模型并求解,得到了最优设计方案,使其大臂的前端呈近似铅垂线运动,满足了喷浆工艺的要求,同时兼顾了经济性。
It illustrates the design of shotcrete robot, establishes the mathematical model of the arm of shotcrete robot with multi- objective optimal design, gains the best design project. This economical solution enables the end of the arm move along the vertical line approximately, which meets the demanding of process maximumly.
