摘要
采用COSY、NOESY、HSQC、HMBC二维核磁共振技术,首次对二盐酸氟哌噻吨的两种几何异构体的1H-NMR、13C-NMR谱信号进行全归属。归属结果表明,二盐酸氟哌噻吨两种几何异构体的部分1H-NMR、13C-NMR谱数据差别较大,可作为区分两种异构体的一个指标。
A method for the assignments of all the ^1H - NMR and ^13C -- NMR signals of the two isomers of flupenthixol dihydrochloride by ^1H - NMR, ^13C - NMR and two-dimensional NMR (COSY, HSQC, HMBC and NOESY) spectra of the isomers were proposed. The assignment indicate that there are some obvious differences between the isomers in ^1H - NMR and ^13C - NMR data.
