摘要
研究发现在稀HCl介质中,微量钐(Ⅲ)对溴酸钾氧化瑞士色素褪色反应有很好的阻抑作用。据此建立了阻抑动力学光度法测定微量钐(Ⅲ)的新方法。确定了反应的最佳条件,并讨论了动力学参数。方法线性范围为0.0~0.32mg/L,检出限为6.47×10^-6g/L。
A new inhibition kinetic spectrophotometry for the determination of trace amounts of samarium (Ⅲ) in the presence of HCl has been developed based on the inhibition effect of trace samarium (Ⅲ) on the oxidation of Wright' s stain by KBrO3. The optimum conditions and kinetic parameters were studied in detail. The linear range of determination for samarium (Ⅲ) is 0.0-0.32 mg/L with the detection limit of 6.47×10^-6 g/L.
