饲料中合成雌激素的测定方法研究

The determination of the estrogens in the feeds

研究并建立GC-MS测定动物饲料中己烷雌酚（HEX）、己烯雌酚（DES）、双烯雌酚（DE）的方法。样品经乙醚和碱液提取经MAX固相萃取柱净化后衍生，进行GC-MS分析。己烷雌酚、己烯雌酚、双烯雌酚较好分离，得到浓度与峰面积成正比的工作曲线，相关系数r=0．999，RSD〈11．20％（n=6）。定量检出限分别为1、3和3×10^-7％，回收率66．3％～100．3％。本法具有灵敏、准确、样品前处理简单、抗干扰等优点，符合欧盟的限量要求。

A method for the determination of hexestrol, diethylstilbestrol and dienestrol residue in feed was stuied by GC/MS. Hexestrol, diethylstilbestrol and dienestrol were extracted from feed sample with aether and lye. GC/MS method was used to analyze and ramifications was appearance. Good separation was achieved in the 3 kinds of estrogen and the standard curve showing a direct ratio between the concentration and the peak area were obtained, r 〉 0.999, RSD ≤11.2 % （ n = 6）, the detection limits were respectively 1, 3, 3 ppb ; The recovery percent were between 66.3 % and 100.3 %, while the concentration was ng level. The method is consistent with the standard of the European Economic Community （EEC）
