摘要
研究并建立GC-MS测定动物饲料中己烷雌酚(HEX)、己烯雌酚(DES)、双烯雌酚(DE)的方法。样品经乙醚和碱液提取经MAX固相萃取柱净化后衍生,进行GC-MS分析。己烷雌酚、己烯雌酚、双烯雌酚较好分离,得到浓度与峰面积成正比的工作曲线,相关系数r=0.999,RSD〈11.20%(n=6)。定量检出限分别为1、3和3×10^-7%,回收率66.3%~100.3%。本法具有灵敏、准确、样品前处理简单、抗干扰等优点,符合欧盟的限量要求。
A method for the determination of hexestrol, diethylstilbestrol and dienestrol residue in feed was stuied by GC/MS. Hexestrol, diethylstilbestrol and dienestrol were extracted from feed sample with aether and lye. GC/MS method was used to analyze and ramifications was appearance. Good separation was achieved in the 3 kinds of estrogen and the standard curve showing a direct ratio between the concentration and the peak area were obtained, r 〉 0.999, RSD ≤11.2 % ( n = 6), the detection limits were respectively 1, 3, 3 ppb ; The recovery percent were between 66.3 % and 100.3 %, while the concentration was ng level. The method is consistent with the standard of the European Economic Community (EEC)
