摘要
通过追溯太极拳的起源,了解到太极拳内在深处的攻防含义,虽历经几百年,但一招一势中的攻防实用性依存,现行高校普及的24式太极拳也不例外。考虑到大学生的年龄特点,在太极拳教学中穿插讲解动作中的攻防含义,以提高学生的学习兴趣和动作的易学性。并通过对比试验,获得可行性结果。
Through the introduction of the origin of shadowboxing, the meaning of attack and defend is realized. Although some hundred years passed, the practicality of pose is still in existence, include current 24- pose shadow- boxing. Considering the age of college students, we need to explain the meaning of attack and defend during the shadowboxing teaching, in order to improve students' interests and easiness. Through contrast test, we get feasible results.
