超临界CO_2萃取固态物料传质效果的试验研究

Experimental Study on Effect of Mass Transfer between Supercritical CO_2 and Solid Raw Materials

研究了原料的预处理方式及草取器内原料的装填方式对超临界ＣＯ２萃取固态物料传质效果的影响．结果表明，降低原料的粒度，改变原料的形状，降低原料的自然堆积比重，采用塔板式装料方式等措施可以明显提高超临界ＣＯ２萃革取固态物料的传质效果．

The effect of mass transfer between supercritical CO2 and solidraw materials is influenced by the mode of pretreatment and filling of raw materials in the extractor. Experimental results show that the reduced size.improvedshape and form of raw materials and the decreased density of their natural stack,and filling of raw materials on tower plates will give a striking effect.
