摘要
目的探讨毒鼠强中毒的诊断与治疗方案。方法对29例确诊为毒鼠强中毒的病人救治进行回顾性分析,拟定合适的诊治方案。结果确诊后立即给予清除毒物、迅速控制抽搐、痉挛等神经系统症状,适当应用解毒剂,积极防治MOD。结果 29例病人均抢救成功,随访无明显后遗症。结论毒鼠强中毒抢救的关键是及时诊断、综合方法彻底清除毒物,迅速控制神经系统症状。
Objective To discuss the diagnosis and treatment for Tetramethylene Poisoning.Methods The cure for 29 patients who were diagnosed Tetramethylene Poisoning was retrospectively analyzed, the suitable project of diagnosis and treatment were studied out. Result The poison was eliminated immediately after the diagnosis, the nerve symptom of twitch and spasm was controlled, antidote was applied properly, MOD was prevented and cured actively. As a result, 29 cases of patients were rescued successfully, leaving no sequelae subsequently.Conclusion The key to salvage for Tetramethylene Poisoning is diagnose immediately, eliminate the poison thoroughly in an integrated way and control the symptom of the nerve system promptly.
