The centralized management of the ambulant clinic laboratory sheets is a necessary work for modern hospitals .How to manage the laboratory sheets and ensure them not be lost is a very important problem needed to be resolved .In 'Three First' hospitals ,the quantity of the outpatients is very large ;the time of blood drawing is some how centralized ;the items of the laboratory sheets are complex and the time of results turning out is different .There for ,how to draw blood accurately and manage the laboratory sheets scientifically is a very important problem needed to be resolved for the ambulant clinics and blood drawing centers in the hospitals .And how to built a suit of scientifically management method system is an important task for every hospital.
