FIZZ1在呼吸系统疾病中的作用

摘要 抵抗素样分子家族是由105~117个氨基酸组成的蛋白质家族,富含半胱氨酸(Cys),成员包括PIZZ1(RELMα),FIZZ2(RELM β),FIZZ3(抵抗素,resistin)和RELM γ[3].研究表明,FIZZ1在肺纤维化,支气管哮喘,矽肺等动物疾病模型中具有重要作用,本文在此对其结构分布特点及其在呼吸系统疾病中的作用作一综述.
