摘要 目的探讨子宫腺肌病在位内膜、异位内膜中CD105的表达与发病机制、临床表现的关系。方法采用免疫组织化学法(Envision二步法)检测41例子宫腺肌病在位内膜、异位内膜中CD105的表达,并应用计算机图象分析系统分析 CD105表达的积分灰度。结果子宫腺肌病异位内膜中CD105的表达明显高于在位内膜(P<0.01),黄体期异位内膜CD105的表达略强于卵泡期,不具有显著性差异(P>0.05),具有痛经症状者异位内膜CD105的表达明显强于无痛经症状者(P<0.01)。结论子宫腺肌病异位内膜中CD105的表达明显强于在位内膜,且与痛经症状具有相关性,CD105的过度表达提示血管生成在子宫腺肌病的发生发展中发挥作用。 Objective To investigate the expression of CDI05 in the eutopic and ectopic endometrium of adenomyoma and their relation with the pathogenesis ofadenomyoma. Methods CDI05 was detected by immunohistochemical Envision staining in the eutopic and ectopic endometrium of 41 with adenomyoma.The expressions of CDI05 were obtained by use of a computerized image analysis system.Restults The expression of CDI05 in the ectopic endometrium of adenomyoma was significantly higher than that in the eutopic(P〈0.01). The expression of CD105 in the ectopic endometriurn of adenomyoma in follicular phase of menstrual cycle was single higher than that in cerpus leteum phase of menstrual cycle, but the difference was not significant(P〉0.05).The expression of CD105 in the ectopic endometrium ofadenomyoma in the patients with dysmenorrhea was significantly higher than that in the patients without dysmenorrhea(P〈0.01).Conclusion The expression of CD105 in the ectopic endometrium of adenomyoma was significantly higher than that in the eutopic and significantly correlated with dysmenorrhea. The overexpression of CD105 has close relationship with adenomyotic angiogenesis which may be involved in the progression of adenomyosis.
