明确了房地产泡沫预警系统的涵义与特征,阐述了房地产泡沫预警系统的功能与作用,提出了房地产泡沫预警系统的设计构想,以期能对完善房地产泡沫预警系统理论研究与防范我国的房地产泡沫有所裨益。
The article defines the early warning system of real estate foam and it＇s characteristics, clarifies the functions and roles of early warning system of real estate foam, and presents the design of early warning system of real estate foam, which would be beneficial to improve the theory research of early warning system of real estate foam and prevent the real estate foam in China.
