摘要
针对国际工程项目风险分析的特点,应用AHM方法对某国际工程项目风险进行分析,实现了风险因素的权重排序、系统总风险的评价,提出了相应的风险控制措施。并将结果与层次分析法(AHP)的计算结果进行比较,证明其有效性和实用性。
Aim at the characteristics for risk analysis of international construction, this paper introduced the AHM method, which carries out certain construction projects application, achieved the sequence of the risk factors, evolution of the total system risks and establish corresponding decision- making step. Simultaneity, compare with AHP method result and analysis.
