摘要
目的:对蓬莪术(Curcuma phaeocaulisVal)根茎的化学成分进行研究。方法:用化学和色谱方法进行分离,用IR、MS、NMR等方法鉴定化合物的结构。结果:从莪术根茎中分离得到5个化学成分,经理化数据和波谱分析鉴定为异莪术烯醇isocurcum enol(Ⅰ)、莪术烯醇curcum enol(Ⅱ)、α-菠甾醇α-sp inasterol(Ⅲ)、姜黄素curcum in(Ⅳ)、β-胡罗卜苷β-sitosterin-3-O-glucoside(Ⅴ)。结论:α-菠甾醇和β-胡罗卜苷是首次从蓬莪术中分得的化合物。
Objective : To investigate the chemical constituents of the rhizome of Curcuma phaeocaulis Val. Methods : The constituents were isolated by column chromatography and their structures elucidated by chemical properties and spectroscopic analysis. Resuits: Five compunds have been isolated and identified as isocurcumenol, curcumenol, α-spinasterol, curcumin, and β-sitosterin-3-O-glucoside. Conclusion :α-spinasterol and β-stediol were isolated from Curcuma phaeocaulis Val. for the first time.
