智能控制技术在电缆标定中的应用

摘要 阐述了一种新型高效全自动“电缆自动标定装置”的系统结构及工作原理,着重介绍了微机测控系统的设计及软件控制方案,并对系统性能进行了分析。该装置应用微机测控技术对电缆的长度标定进行实时全自动控制,研究成果处于国内领先水平。该装置经过近两年的运行表明:标定精度高、工作稳定可靠、抗干扰能力强、操作简便。 Taxinan Petroleum and Natural Gas Exploration Company in Xinjiang Autonomous Region asked us to devise a control method that satisfies the following requirements:constant tension 800kg^1000kg,deviation from constant tension allowed being ±5%;constant velocity of 2000m/h,deviaton allowed being ±5%;error of length marking and its repeatability error allowed being both±0. 02%.As there is interaction between tension and velocity and as,in consequence,to keep within ±0. 02 % is very difficult, we had to apply intellegence control in order to keep all deviations within allowed limits.Fig.1 shows the flow chart of processing in the core modula designed for our intelligence control mothod.Fig.2 shows variations of the tension and velocity signals with time.The comparison of Fig. 2 a (with intelligence control)and Fig.2 b(with control other than intelligence) shows that intelligence control gives much better preformance.Taxinan Company has used our intelligence control since 1994 and expressed satisfaction with its performance.
