尖锐湿疣患者局部皮损CD1a^+郎格尔汉斯细胞表达及临床相关性研究

The study of the expression CDla^+ Langerhans cells in the lesions of condyloma acuminata and its clinical relevamce

目的探讨尖锐湿疣(CA)组织中郎格尔汉斯细胞(LC)的变化与临床发病之间的相关性。方法将40例患者分为初发组及复发组,每组20例,并选择20例正常对照者。采用免疫组化法对患者的病变组织进行CD1a+LC染色,应用现代图像分析技术对CD1a+LC进行定量分析,并对CA患者的转归进行随访。结果CA皮损中CD1a+LC树突状突起明显减少,大部分CD1a+LC结构不完整。初发组CD1a+LC为(13.45±9.42)个,复发组为(12.4±8.4)个,较正常组的(38.23±14.15)个均明显降低(P<0.001)。复发组CA皮损CD1a+LC含量低于初发CA组(P<0.05)。结论CA的发病和复发与局部CD1a+LC的数量有一定相关性。CD1a+LC的形态特点和数量对判断CA的发病与复发有一定的参考价值。

Objective To investigate the morphology and quantity changes of CD1a^＋ LC in the tissue of CA and its correlation with clinic recurrence. Methods Histopathological and uhrastructural of CD1a^＋ LC were observed and quantitative analysis was done with analytical image technique. Results Compared with normal controls, the dendritic of CD1a^＋ LC decreased and the mean CD1a^＋ LC was evidently lower（P〈0.001）. Furthermore, the quantity of CD1a^＋ LC in the lesion of recurrence CA was much lower than the CD1a^＋ LC in primary CA （P〈0.05）. Conclusions The results of this study confirms that there is correlation between the quantity and morphology of CD1a^＋ LC in CA lesions and in the recurrence of CA
