摘要
从数学角度分析了波纹型规整填料塔内液体流动的宏观现象,建立了此类填料塔的壁流边界数学模型。并根据波纹型规整填料的结构特征及其实际壁流值,求得了它们的壁流边界曲线和几种填料的壁流不充分度曲线。
The macro phenomenon of liquid flow in packed columns with corrugated packings is mathematically analysed. A mathematical model for wall flow boundary of the packed column is derived so that the wall flow boundary curves can be computed in terms of their structural characteristics. In addition, the wall flow insufficiency curves for several corrugated packings are also worked out based on their wall flow values. This work is experimentally confirmed on a well designed distillation test rig.
