摘要
针对重机枪闭锁机构常见故障,借助试验测试资料对其受力计算,对复进不击发、断壳和不抽壳等常见故障间的矛盾关系及产生根源进行了分析。即先根据枪弹、弹膛、闭锁样柱的结构尺寸及枪弹的压缩量与压力测试资料,得到不同闭锁样柱时对应的最大压缩量及压力值,再对闭锁机构进行受力分析。
Analyzing the inconsistent relations and producing roots of common faults such as failure to go forward and die percussion, case rupture, failure to extract by mechanical analyzing and computing for locking mechanism of a heavy scatter-gun with the test measure data. That is, according to deflections of bullet, tested data of press and dimensions of bullet, breeched chamber, swatched poles of locking mechanism, got the maximum values of deflection and pressed corresponding different swatch poles. And then, the mechanical characteristics of locking mechanism were analyzed.
