小鼠氯化汞中毒症状及内脏器官病变的形态观察

The morphological observation on toxic symptoms and pathological changes of visceral organs in the mouse treated with mercuric chloride

采用腹腔注射的方法，对氯化汞染毒雌性小鼠表观症状及内脏器官病变进行形态观察．结果表明，氯化汞中毒的轻重程度与暴露剂量呈正相关．典型症状及病变为：腹泻、排泄量增加、摄食减少、运动迟缓以及肝脏各分叶粘连、肾脏水肿、胃肠及腹壁粘连。

The toxic symptoms and pathological changes of visceral of the female mouse treated with mercuric chloride by abdomen injection was observed.The results showed that the toxic degree of mecuric chloride correlated positively with the exposure doses.The typical symptoms are :diarrhea,excreta increasing,capacity for eating lessening,moving slowly,livers being erosion,kidney being dropsical,visceral adhering,estrus decreasing.
