Capability Appraise of Electron Information System Based on AHP Synthesis Evaluation

基于层次分析法综合评价的电子信息系统能力评估,以模糊理论为基础,与专家评分法、模糊综合评判相结合。其首先应用层次分析法进行分析,形成递阶结构。采用相关标度法进行每个元素的相对比较,构造判断矩阵计算,并求解判断矩阵的特征值。通过计算最大特征根,找出所对应特征向量,进行一致性检验。待求出评判指标后,按最大隶属度原则,取相关向量中最大的评判指标所对应的评语集元素作为评判结果,即模糊综合评估结论。

The electronic information systems capability appraise, based on AHP synthesis evaluation and fuzzy theory, combined with expert grade method and fuzzy synthesis evaluation. Firstly, analyzing the AHP method and forming rank structure. The relative scale method was adopted to compare every element, constructing judgment matrix for accounting, then calculating the feature values of judgment matrix. Through calculating the largest latent loot, found out the corresponding eigenvector, for consistency test, After the entreating of judge index, using the largest judge index as the result of judge results of corresponding remark gathering, that is the AHP synthesis evaluating conclusion.
