数控技术在传热轧管机上的应用

摘要 传热轧管机控制系统以工控机为核心。通过I/O数据采集卡收集外部霍尔元件、光电传感器及编码器提供的信息。实现对轧管机的闭环控制,完成送管→送料皮带夹紧→下刀→接料皮带夹紧→起刀等流程。送管时,当编码器计数长度与用户设置的进刀点长度相符时,计算机控制下刀;当编码器计数长度与用户设置的退刀点长度相符时,控制起刀。系统根据实际的工作需要,设置了参数设置、手动加工、自诊断及自动加工计数等功能。 The calculating machine of industry was the core of the diathermanous roller machine system. The system used the I/O data collection card to collect the signal of Hole component, photoelectric sensor and coder. It achieved the closed loop control of the roller machine; and the processing such as the sending roller, the supply strap clamping, cutting, receiver strap clamping, and non-cutting. In sending roller, when the coder count length equals the cutting point length of user configuration, the computer controls the cutting; when the coder count length equals the non-cutting point length of user configuration, the computer stops the cutting. According to the work need, the functions such as parameter configuration, manual orocessing, self-diagnosis, and automatic orocessing count were set.
