摘要
退耕还林是国家为解决水土流失严重和沙化耕地等生态问题的重要举措,实施至今,取得了显著成效,但同时也存在不少问题。对四川省邛崃市80户退耕还林农户的调查,分析了邛崃市在退耕还林中取得的成效及存在的问题,并对退耕还林提出了一些建议。
Converting Farmland to Forest is an important act which implemented by China to address soil erosion and desertification of farmland and other ecological problems. Up to the present,the policy has achieved remarkable success,but also with the existence of many problems. On the basis of the survey of 80 farmers of Converting Farmland to Forest in Qionglai City, the article analyzed the effects and problems of the policy, and put forward some suggestions.
