输出镜对三棒串接固体激光器的影响

摘要 采用矩阵光学的方法,分析了输出镜对三棒串接固体激光器输出光束的影响.对谐振腔的两种腔型进行了研究,得出了其稳定区间.结果表明:输出镜的位置影响了三棒固体激光器的稳定范围和模体积,进而影响了输出功率.等间距放置的模体积相对较大,在输入功率相同时,输出功率也较大.分析表明输出镜的位置也影响了输出光束的光斑半径、远场发散角,并得出了光斑半径和远场发散角与输出镜位置的关系图象. Influence of position of output mirror on beam of three-rod solid-state laser has been analysed by means of matrix optics, it gives the stability zone by investigating two types of resonator. The result show that the stability zone the mode volume and out power of three-rod solid-state laser are affected by the position of out put mirror. The mode volume and output power of equal interval resonator are larger than the other resonators, which is better than the symmetric resonator. The facula radius too and the far field divergent angle θ0 are also affected by the position of the output mirror, give the figures which reflect the relation between facula radius too and L1 , and refleet the relation between far field divergent angle θ0 and L1.
