摘要
高职院校在为区域经济发展培养了大批所需人才的同时,自身也得到了快速发展,但师资队伍素质有待提高、结构不够合理等问题制约了高职院校的长远发展和教育质量的稳步提高。因此,积极采取多种方式强化培训、建设骨干教师梯队、健全师资队伍管理机制、建立内部激励机制等一系列措施便成为高职院校尤其是新办高职院校师资队伍建设的有效途径。
With their own rapid development, higher vocational colleges have cultivated numerous badly-needed professionals to promote local economical development. At the same time, the questionable quality of teachers, the irrational structure of education and some other problems restrict the long-term development and improvement of educational quality. Therefore, the measures to strengthen the training of teachers in various ways, to build up an echelon of back-boned teachers, and to perfect the management mechanism and the encouraging mechanism for teachers on campus are effective roads for the construction of teacher corps at higher vocational colleges, especially at the newly-established ones.
