摘要
本文报导了水扬酰异羟肟酸Salicyhydroxamicacid(SHA)测定微量钼的研究结果。实验说明,在pH6.7~8,SHA与Mo(Ⅵ)形成黄色络合物有稳定吸收。当Mo(Ⅵ)在0.4~2.8ppm时服从Beer定律,最大吸收波长为360nm,摩尔吸光系数为ε360=1.9×103L/mol·cm,我们对试剂浓度、酸度、工作曲线、干扰离子等进行了研究,与经典测钼的方法对比误差不大于1%,显色剂SHA系自制,经熔点,元素分析及红外光谱分析与文献报导一致,该显色剂制备方法简便,易纯化、产率高。
This paper reports a yellow complex from reaction of salicylhydroxamic acid and Mo(Ⅵ) ,That at pH 6.7~8.0 obeys the Beer's law whthin the range of 0.4~2.8 ppm,and has the maximum absorption wavelenyth of 360 nm.The effects of reagent concentration acidity and interfering ions are discussed.
