文中采用可溶性盐作基体材料配制酚醛树脂快干涂料，用于铝合金粘结剂型可溶性型芯的表面质量改善，配制过程及铝合金砂型与金属型浇铸实验表明。

phenolic resin quick-drying coating is compounded tacking K 2CO 3-Na 2CO 3 as basic material and used to improve the surface quality of the binder water-soluble core.The compounding and casting experiment proved that the coating has good using property.
