摘要
研究了pH 4.0~6.0,乙酸-乙酸钠体系中meso-四(4-磺酸苯基)卟啉(TPPS_4)发生二聚反应的条件。TPPS_4二聚物在489nm处有一个较强的吸收峰,利用Cu^(2+)-TPPS_4络合物的形成使此峰线性降低,从而测定痕量铜,表观摩尔吸光系数为5.0×10~5,铜在0.0~0.2μg·ml^(-1)范围内符合比耳定律,将方法用于纯铅、自来水样中痕量铜的测定,与AAS值相比较,结果令人满意。
The porphyrin TPPS4 forms a dimer in a weak acidic solution of pH 4-6. The characteristic absorption peak of the TPPS4 dimer is at 489nm. when the complex Cu-TPPS4 is formed, the absorption at 489nm will decrease, and there is a linear relationship between the concentration of Cu( I ) ion and the decrease of absorbance at 489nm, The apparent molar absorptivity of this reaction is 5. 0× 105L ?mol-1 ?cm-1. Beer' s law is obeyed in the concentration range of 0. 0-0. 2μg ?ml-1 for copper. The proposed method has been applied to the determination of microamounts of copper in pure lead and tap water with satisfactory results.
