摘要
目的:探讨糖尿病性假性脊髓痨的神经电生理检测价值。方法:对4例临床诊断糖尿病性假性脊髓痨的病人进行了脊髓传导速度(SCCV)、下肢体感诱发电位(SEP)及四肢运动、感觉神经传导速度(MCV、SCV)联合检测。结果:4例SCCV及下肢SEP均异常,SCCV异常率与对照组比较差异有显著意义(P<0.01)。MCV及SCV 3例异常,1例正常。结论:SCCV、下肢SEP及四肢MCV及SCV联合检测,对糖尿病性假性脊髓痨的诊断以及与感觉性共济失调的鉴别诊断都是有帮助的。
Objective:To investigate the value of the electrophysilology examination of patients with diabetic pseudotabes. Methods: Spinal cord conduction velocity(SCCV), lower limbs somatosensory evoked potentials(SEP), motor nerve conduction velocity(MCV) and sensory nerve conduction velocity (SCV)were examined in 4 patients with diabetic pseudotabes . Results: SCCV and lower limbs SEP were abnormal in all of the patients , and the decrease of MCV and/or SCV occured in 3 patients. Conclusions: SCCV, lower limbs SEP, MCV and SCV combined examinations are valuable for the diagnose of diabetic pseudotabes and differential diagnose form sensory ataxia .
