摘要
本文研究了在硼砂介质中,苯酚及其衍生物的电化学行为,利用苯酚在-0.5V(对SCE)吸附富集,再进行氧化溶出,建立了测定苯酚的新方法.对苯酚的检出限为8×10-8mol·L-1,浓度在5×10-7~8×10-6mol·L-1范围内与溶出电流有良好的线性关系.用于酚醛树脂涂料马口铁制成的蕃茄酱罐头中苯酚的测定,回收率在84.5%~86.
On the basis of the adsorptive enriching of phenols at the carbon paste electrode(CPE) at-0.5V(vs. SCE) and the further electrochemical oxidative stripping at+ 0.5V in the medium of borax a new method for determining phenol was developed. The detection limit for phenol is 8×10 -8 mol·L -1 . The content of phenol depends linearly on the stripping current in the range of 5×10 -7  ̄8×10 -6 mol·L -1 . For the detection of phenol in the tomato sauce canned with the phenolic resin coated tinplate, the recovery is from 84.5% to 86.7%.
