In the practice of maritime law,the introduction of ISM Code to China will certainly have a great impact on determining ships＇ seaworthiness.This article first points out the applicability of ISM Code to Chinese vessels trading on international routes.Then,from the legal aspect,it goes on to elaborate regulations of seaworthiness included in ISM Code.
