摘要 依循着现象描述、问题呈现、策略建构的分析逻辑,围绕着学校组织的四个要素,在信息社会的大背景下,首先,学校组织的社会结构会越来越趋于网络化,呈现出网络无序的主要问题。与此相对应,建构了科层原则与网络原则并举的变革策略;其次,学校组织目标越来越趋于多元化,呈现出坚守单一的主要问题。与此相对应,建构了多元取向的变革策略;再次,学校组织的人际交往越来越趋于交互化,呈现出遭遇虚无的主要问题。与此相对应,建构了“合和”的变革策略;最后,学校组织的管理技术越来越趋于思想化,呈现出信息资本不足的主要问题。与此相对应,建构了“软硬兼施”的变革策略。 Following the analytical logic of phenomenon description, problem presentation, policy construction, centering on the four elements of school organization, and against the background of information society, firstly, the social structure of school organization is becoming more and more networking with the problem of disorder. Correspondingly, the reformation strategy of sticking to both the bureaucratic principle and network principle is constructed. Secondly, the objective of school organization is becoming more and more pluralistic with the problem of singleness. Correspondingly, the reformation strategy of plural orientations is constructed. Thirdly, the interpersonal relationship is becoming more and more interactive with the problem of nihility. Correspondingly, the reformation strategy of harmony is constructed. Finally, the management skill of school organization is becoming more and more ideological with the problem of inadequate informational capital. Correspondingly, the reformation strategy of using both hard and soft tactics is constructed.
