A Word on the Construction of Enterprises' Culture

企业文化建设具有十分重大的意义，为使企业文化建设健康发展，必须处理好政治力、经济力与文化力的关系；经济人、社会人与全面而自由发展的人的关系；作为管理主体的人与作为管理客体的人的关系；企业内部建设与营造外部环境的关系。

The construction of enterprises'culture is of great importance. To make it work smoothly, a series of relationships must be handled correctly. The first is the relationship among political force, economic force and cultural force; the second is among each individual as a social person,an economical person as well as a fully-developed independant person; the third is the relation between employers and employees, finally, the relationship between the enterprise internal development and its external environment.
