摘要
本文旨在研究碘化油在肝癌的诊断及治疗中的作用。在肝癌的非手术治疗中，导向治疗是目前国内非学者研究及应用的重点，碘油作为非抗作类亲肝载体，能携带不同化疗药通过选择性血管插入，选择性沉积欲肿瘤部位发挥栓塞及化疗之双重作用，具有有效的治疗作用及优越的随访。
