摘要 分析了目前服务组合的研究现状和存在的问题,从准确性和实用性的角度提出了一个新的服务质量模型,包括服务时间、服务代价、可靠性、可维护性和满意度等5个服务质量标准,并研究了该服务质量模型的计算方法.在服务质量模型的基础上,重点研究了服务组合的质量估计问题,提出了一种服务组合质量估计的数学模型,分析了该模型的特点及相关工作,并用仿真实验验证了该模型的有效性. The current work and existing problem of service composition are analyzed in this paper, and a new quality of service model which includes service time. service cost, reliability, maintainability, and satisfaction, is presented from accurate and practical view. The computation method of the quality of service model is studied too. Based on the quality of service model, the quality of service estimation problem for service composition is studied mainly, a kind of mathematical model for quality of service estimation of service composition is presented, and its characteristics and related works are analyzed, and its validity is validated through simulation experiment.
