由于学校重视不够，外语工作者缺乏责任感，政府没有权威调控机构等原因，我国职业技术学院对校名的英文翻译存在严重的不规范问题．实现校名英译的标准化是解决这些问题的关键。可通过借鉴欧美国家、韩国或我国台湾的做法，对职业技术学院的英文校名进行统一。

Because of reasons that the inattention of schools themselves, the lack of responsible sense of English workers, the absence of regulation of authoritative institution, there exist serious nonstandard problems in the translation of English names of vocational and technical colleges in China. To achieve the standardization of translation is the key of solving .these problems, which can refer methods of foreign Countries such as European Countries, America, Korea to unify the English names of vocational and technical colleges.
