“订单式”人才培养模式是高职教育适应市场需求和改革趋势而发展的新型人才培养模式，校企合作共同制订培养方案、进行教学考核、提高学生素质、承担培养风险等是“订单式”人才培养模式的根本路径。在具体实践中，要注重科学定位、优化专业设置、重视产学合作、发展特色。

Orderring-form talents cultivation model is a new type of talents cultivation model which higher vocational education have developed to adjust to market demand and reform trend. Cooperation between schools and enterprises to make cultivation scheme, evaluate teaching, enhance students＂ quality, and take charge of venture together are its foundamental practice paths. In material practice, schools should emphasize to orientate scientifically, optimize specialty setup, attach importance on cooperation between production and teaching, develop features.
