摘要
在地衣芽孢杆菌生长到对数期后期,添加0.01%表面活性剂TX-10M性蛋白酶产量可提高27.8%.当发酵液pH接近7.2左右时酶活接近峰值.此时应及时停止供氧,终止发酵;若继续通风培养4h时可使酶活平均下降38%左右.培养基中玉米粉质量的好坏,产量可相差65%,不同的豆饼粉来源其产量可相差44%.以东北大豆生产的豆饼粉的产酶量最高.
Adding 0. 01 % surfactant TX-10 to the later logarithmic period culture of Bacillus licheniformis, the productivity of alkaline protease rose by 27. 8%. When the pH-value of the culture was near 7.2, the activity of alkaline protease was close to the tip, just then, the fermentation must be stopped. If it was postponded for 4h., the enzyme activity decreased by 38%. The productivity differed about 65% to 44%, when different quality of corn-flour and different source of soybean-cakeflour were used, and the soybean from the northeast of China was the best of these for the enzyme production.
