单组分湿固化聚氨酯系列密封胶的研制

Development of one-component moisture curable polyurethane series sealants

以多元醇为主要原料，合成预聚物，添加炭黑等填料及其他助剂，研制了单组分湿固化聚氨酯系列密封剂，探讨了多元醇的最佳比例、预聚物异氰酸酯含量及催化剂的选择，该系列密封剂的拉伸强度为1．0～8．0MPa，伸长率≥300％，室温贮存期超过1a。

Using polyols as the main raw material the one-component moisture curable polyurethane series sealants were prepared by synthesis the prepolymer and adding the fillers and other assistants, such as carbon black etc. The optimum polyol composition,isocyanate group content of the prepolymer and catalyst selection were discussed. For the series sealants their tensile strengh is 1.0 -8.0MPa, elongation is ≥300% and storage life at room temperature is over one year.
