摘要
探讨了淀粉粘合剂生产工艺过程及反应历程,指出了传统生产工艺的缺陷,确定了冷法生产工艺中适宜的工艺条件,解决了粘合剂存在的粘接强度低、稳定性差等若干产品质量问题,并在实际应用中获得成功。
Through experiments, we analyzed the reaction process of starch adhesive production, overcame the shortcomings of the traditional production process and obtained the proper reaction conditions of cold production technology. Meanwhile, this method solved some quality problems of the products, such as low intensity of adhesion and poor stability, and has been used in actual engineering successfully.
