摘要
从电针(EA)对中枢和外周神经递质的影响,以及EA对细胞分子物质的影响等方面综述EA镇痛的机理,提出在今后有必要深入研究EA镇痛的中枢机制和外周机制二者之间的关系以及EA镇痛的细胞内信号转导机制,以揭示EA镇痛的机理。
The mechanism of electroacupuncture （EA） analgesia is surveyed from the effects of EA on central and peripheral neurotransmitters and cellular molecular substances. It is proposed that the relationship between the central and peripheral mechanisms of EA analgesia and the mechanism of intracellular signal transmission in EA analgesia should be studied profoundly to expound the mechanisms of EA analgesia.
