Since 1994,the foreign exchange reserve of our country went up continuously,especially began to enter the stage of increasing rapidly after 2000.Meanwhile,the consumer price index is lifted since 2002,after entering first quarter of 2004,all kinds of price indexes of our cotmtry demonstrate the upward trend,so the inflation pressure appears day by day.The price index fell again in 2005.Then,the foreign exchange reserve increase are there direct connections with fluctuation This text is from a short time and long-term two visual angles,analyzes the function mechanism of the foreign exchange reserve and the price of our country with theory analysis and empirical analysis together.
