摘要
用光学显微镜和透射电镜研究了27SiMn钢临界区淬火后的显微组织和亚结构.观察到其显微组织由铁素体和马氏体组成,组织形态随临界区淬火温度的不同有所差异;铁素体中具有高密度位错;马氏体中孪晶量增多(与常规处理相比),但没有贯穿整个马氏体片。
The Structure and substructure of 27SiMn steel critical hardening have been observed with optical microscope and transmission -tye eletron microscope (TEM). The microscopic structure observed composes of ferrite and martensite and the morphology changes with the temperature of critical hardening. There and large amount of dislocations in ferrits and the twin increases, but the twin does't run through the whole lath of martensite. There are high density dislocations around it.
