摘要
对机械涂板的极板重量进行了分析,结果表明:有接头的涂板带会产生更大的重量偏差;不同厚度的极板,接近涂板机涂制极板的厚度范围中限时,偏差较小;涂板带使用后期偏差较大。改进这些问题,将提高涂板重量的一致性。
It is known that the pasting belt used in plate pasting exercises a great influence on the weight of pasted plates. The weight tolerance of mechanically pasted plates was studied and analysed, and the result showed that the weight tolerance would be greater if using a seamed pasting belt and less tolerance in pasting for the plates the thickness of which is near the medium limit of the plate thickness range. In addition, the pasting belt used in its later period of service life would result in greater weight tolerance. Solving these problems would be of benefit to the consistency of the plate weight.
