摘要
利用空气作氧化剂,无需任何催化剂,以甲醇作溶剂,芳香醛与邻苯二胺反应一步合成苯并咪唑衍生物,产率均超过69%,产物的结构通过元素分析、红外光谱和核磁共振氢谱确证,该方法具有操作简单、反应条件温和、环境友好的优点.
Without any catalyst, a direct one-step synthesis of various benzimidazoles in methanol from aromatic aldehydes and 1,2-phenylenediamine was described using air as the oxidant. All reactions acquired good yield (t≥69%), and the structures of all products were characterized by elemental analysis, IR and ^1H MNR spectra. Compared to the previous methods, this new protocol has the advantages of simple procedure, mild conditions, easy purification and environment friendliness.
