Consideration of Standard on Mechanical Properties Test of Welding Coupon of Pressured Equipment

承压设备包括钢制及有色金属类锅炉、压力容器、气瓶压力管道,关于承压设备产品焊接试件的力学性能检验,相关的各种标准和规范中各有不同的规定,本文对其中涉及到的一些规定和术语提出了一些观点,并对力学性能的检验过程和合格判据中存在的问题进行了探讨。

The pressured equipment consist of boiler, pressure vessel, gas bottle, pressured pipe et al. To test the mechanical properties of welding coupon of these equipment, different standard have different definitions. The author brought out some viewpoints on the stipulations and terms of these standards. The test process and criterion of mechanical test were suggested.
