RFCC波形膨胀节腐蚀成因及对策

摘要 从重油催化裂化再生系统介质组分、露点、选材、结构设计等方面对膨胀节腐蚀及其成因进行了分析,阐明了膨胀节材料发生电化学腐蚀及应力腐蚀的原因,提出了从优选材、取消隔热填充物、设置外保温结构等一系列解决措施。 According to the electrochemical corrosion and stress corrosion of the expansion joint in FCCU , the analysis on three fields of component concentration and dew point of corrosive medium, material selection and structure design was completed. The preventatives was proposed from the fields of material selection, cancelling inner heat insulator and adding outer heat insulator.
