摘要
本文研究了铬天菁S-铁(Ⅲ)-聚乙二醇辛基苯基醚的显色反应。该反应形成一种天蓝色的三元配合物,最大吸收峰λmax=650nm。建立了分光光度法测定铁的新方法,铁(Ⅲ)在0-9.6×10-6mol·L-1范围内,遵守比耳定律,其表观摩尔吸光系数ε650=1.37×106L·mol-1·cm-1。用于铜精矿样品的测定,获得满意结果。
The color reactions of Chromazurol S-Iron(Ⅲ)-P-Octyl polyethylene glyeol phenylether (OP) system have been investigated. In pH7, iron reacts with chromazurol S and p-octyl polyethylene goyeol phenylether mixied surfactant to form a sky-blue complex, which has absorption maxima at 650nm. The molar absoptivity at 650nm is 1.37× 105L·mol-1·cm-1. Beer's law is obeyed for 0-9.6×10-6mol·mol·L-1 of Iron. The method has been applied to determination of Iron in selected copper ore with satisfactory results.
