Review of Research on Lung Target Particles

目的介绍国内外近几年对肺靶向微粒的研究情况。方法检索已报道的有关肺靶向微粒制剂的研究论文、专著等,并进行整理、综述。结果主要介绍了肺靶向微粒的制备工艺、载体材料、药代动力学参数、影响因素等。结论肺靶向微粒的靶向机理、基本理论和大量实验数据为将来创制治疗肺部疾病的靶向新药提供了理论基础。

Objective To review the lung target particles in the field of international pharmaceutical research. Methods The published papers and articles in relation to lung target particles are collected. Results The preparation procedure, consisting materials, pharmcokinetics data and effect factors are introduced by collecting, comparing and analyzing relevant materials. Conclusion Suming up the reason of target, general theory and lots of experiment materials, the information of producing lung target forms are provided.
